At HRMS, we recognize that the past couple of years has been extremely challenging and stressful for us all, including our team.
We also understand that our employees have a life and their position at HRMS is just one component of that life. To this end, we are doing something we have never done before. We are providing all of our employees with one week of paid time off, above and beyond our unlimited PTO policy, to collectively rest and recharge. Between February 21st – 25th, our office will be closed in order to give our team members the time to disconnect from work and allow them to spend this time focusing on themselves and the non-work related areas of life important to them.
We thank our employees for their continued dedication to serving and supporting our clients. We hope that this time will help them to feel refreshed and revived when they return to work on February 28th.
