Utility officials selected Epicor HCM to fulfill the need for a centralized human resources database, automate performance management, and streamline a pay-for-performance merit increase process.
The system also features robust recruitment, benefits administration, and absence management tools, as well as other capabilities necessary to meet the unique workforce management needs of public utilities (e.g. training, certification, competency and company property tracking).

The company’s proven ability to integrate HCM software with the National Information Solutions Cooperative’s (NISC) iVUE® enterprise software was a significant factor in LCPW’s purchase decision.
