T.J. Pupillo, Inc., a perishable food manufacturer and distributor located in Harleysville, PA, selected the Sage Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to solve the company’s need for a fully integrated HR, payroll and time and attendance platform. The system will be implemented by HRMS Solutions, selected based on the company’s reputation for excellent service and in-depth industry expertise.

T.J. Pupillo Human Resources Director Ralph Griffin III wanted a proven, stable system, and his previous positive experience with Sage HRMS was a large factor in the decision, according to Brad Congdon, HRMS Solutions Regional Sales Executive.  “T.J. Pupillo was motivated to replace a number of disparate systems and manually updated spreadsheets in order to more easily comply with Affordable Care Act reporting requirements and to improve HR reporting,” said Congdon.
