Rhonda has over 16 years of HR technology experience as an UKG practitioner. She prides herself in her extensive UKG application knowledge and ability to implement all aspects of UKG Pro (fka UltiPro) including core HR, payroll, self-service, recruiting, onboarding, performance, benefits and open enrollment, UTM, BI reporting, and system security. In her previous career, Rhonda was responsible for managing every facet of UKG Pro for a banking industry organization with over 2500 employees.
She thoroughly loves the challenge of finding solutions to HRIS/HCM issues and enjoys imparting her HR technology wisdom to educate users and apply best practices. Rhonda’s previous background and experience enables her to deliver the utmost level of customer service to her clients.
Fun Facts
Rhonda was born and raised near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She now lives in Pittsfield, PA near the beautiful Allegheny River and Allegheny National Forest. She loves spending time with her husband, running, biking, hiking, kayaking, and camping! She has two grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Rhonda loves traveling, especially to visit her daughter who lives near the beach in Beaufort, South Carolina.
