MORGAN MERRIS

Morgan brings 10+ years of combined UKG service and practitioner knowledge to HRMS. She prides herself on her passion for building meaningful customer relationships and understanding client’s business needs to help create the best user experience. Morgan spent seven years working at UKG on the post go-live service team and has experience with everything from payroll critical issues, system configuration, business intelligence (BI), security, benefits and open enrollment, Core HR, and payroll administration.

During her time as a UKG Pro practitioner, she gained vast knowledge of UTM, recruiting, onboarding, compensation and performance management. As a practitioner she also assisted her organization with developing strategic processes and functions to optimize the UKG platform to fit their complex people management and business needs. She believes in a people-first approach and enjoys sharing her in-depth knowledge to help clients gain the most out of their HCM platform.

Morgan Lives in Molalla, Oregon with her two children. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest (PNW) on horseback with her horse, Willow. She also loves spending time with her kids and sharing her passion of horses with them.
