MIKE MCCOY

Mike has double digit years’ experience working with multiple HCM and payroll systems from both an implementation and end user perspective. Along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Mike brings both a logical and technical mind to the HRMS team. In his various roles, he has acted as sole payroll, HRIS and benefits practitioner. Mike strives to elevate the utilization of HCM tools, such as UltiPro, to the next level in organizations with whom he works.

Mike lives in Florida with his wife and two children. With one kid in college and another one soon behind, Mike takes advantage of every opportunity to spend time with his family. Whether it’s grilling out, cheering at high school and college football games, or just sitting around the table talking, all of these simple life moments become cherished and enjoyable time with his family. In the kitchen or on the grill, he looks forward to trying out new recipes and experiencing different cuisines from all over the world. Natural born foodie! Go FAU! Go Lions! Bon Appetit!
