MIKE MAIORINO

As CEO of HRMS, Mike has the overall responsibility for creating, communicating and implementing the strategic direction of the company. He leads and guides the the organization’s leadership and ensures they maintain constant awareness of the company’s short and long-term vision. In addition to executive duties and commitments, Mike also handles all HCM advisory and sales operations.

Mike is passionate about hiring the right talent, coaching and developing every employee, and offering a supportive and inspiring company culture. Dedicated to the HCM technology profession since 1988, with a proven track record of results and recognition, Mike has earned a reputation for being a subject matter expert regarding HRIS, Payroll, Time and Talent Management

A graduate of Arizona State University, Mike has lived in eight states and currently resides lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two sons. An enthusiastic traveler, powder-loving skier, new-technology lover, pop-music junky and seeker of authentic ethnic foods across the globe.
