MICHELE LEE-MARX

Michele has over 25 years of experience in the HR, payroll, HCM and HR Tech industry. In her previous role as a Lead Solution Consultant at UKG, she spent seven years implementing UKG Pro for 35 mid-market and enterprise clients in a variety of industries.

Prior to working at UKG, Michele used UKG Pro at several companies in the manufacturing, audio visual, and medical supply industries. As both an implementation consultant and a customer, she has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face in using HR technology to manage their people effectively. Michele enjoys working with internal and external customers and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help everyone succeed.

In her personal life, Michele is married with three children. They recently built a new house in Elgin, Illinois, and are enjoying getting to know their new French bulldog/beagle mix puppy, Bailey. In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and listening to live music (especially 80s bands), and hot yoga. She is a gadget lover of all things electronic and enjoy decorating, crafting, cooking, gardening and training Bailey. And in case you were wondering, Blake Shelton is her favorite country singer.
