Joanne Park is a Lead Implementation Consultant with a strong background in software implementation, including a 6-year career with UKG as a Lead Solution Consultant focusing on HR and payroll. With numerous successful UKG implementation projects under her belt, Joanne can provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client-side support for UKG Pro.

Joanne believes in servant leadership and values building positive impactful relationships with her customers. She believes the keys to a successful partnership start with a foundation of trust, transparency, commitment to excellence and a sprinkle of fun!

Joanne enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to live music, and volunteering with Canine Companions, a non-profit organization that helps place service dogs to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, Joanne enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling to try local cuisines. She is always on the search for “the perfect bite.”
