Deonna Kent is an implementation consultant with over 7 years of UKG product experience and has successfully deployed numerous UKG Pro implementations. She is highly proficient in BI reporting and remarkably skilled with Core and Time Management system configurations. Deonna has managed the UKG system for both HR and payroll functions and possesses a thorough understanding of Core and Payroll areas of the system as a client-side practitioner. She was responsible for managing all aspects of multi-state and union payroll for multiple companies, including the processing of payroll for 5000+ employees.

Deonna is very passionate about the UKG platform and has wide-ranging knowledge of the UKG Pro system which enables her to provide best practice advice and exceptional targeted solutions to meet client needs and produce superior results.

Deonna resides in Chicago and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her son attends college in Ohio. She loves traveling and seeing the world and can always be found looking for the beach or the pool.
