Debra has a wealth of experience in the Learning and HR industries as well as 15+ years of program and project management. Her background in Human Resources has provided her with hands on knowledge of what an Ultimate Software customer must accomplish to go live from an end user and consulting perspective. She has worked with clients in a wide-range of industries and has capitalized on those experiences by providing best practices and successful solutions to complex requirements. Debra assists organizations by personalizing their challenges and partnering with them to manage the delivery of their HR technology solution.

Deb lives in Texas with her husband, adult children and grandchildren. Everyone resides within 8 miles of each other. Deb loves Sunday family meals, her annual trip to Florida, her grandkids and Charlie their 4 year old sheltie.
