CONNIE MILLER

Connie has 20+ years of HR technology experience, the last eight of which were devoted solely to UKG Pro. She spent several years as a UKG system administrator and successfully implemented UKG Pro for various divisions and subsidiaries. This valuable end user and first-hand implementation experience gives Connie valuable insight into her client’s needs. Her areas of focus and expertise include UKG Pro core, overall system administration, security, Cognos BI Analytics and time management.

When taking on a project, Connie takes pride in engaging with clients to become a trusted advisor, creating strong customer relationships and providing superior customer service while helping clients successfully navigate UKG system implementations and realize their HCM investment.

Connie lives in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, UT with her husband and their Black Mouth Cur. In her down time she enjoys gobbling up good books, gardening, and designing and wearing outlandish Halloween costumes.
