Alisha Schell

With nearly 7 years of experience in Workforce Ready (WFR), Alisha has worked on both the product support and implementation side of the full-suite HCM solution. This blended understanding of the application allows her to provide a more comprehensive and successful implementation experience to her clients. Alisha’s overarching objective and primary goal is to deploy the system with as much automation possible and to simplify daily processes for her customers. With her extensive knowledge in the TLM, accruals and payroll modules, Alisha has become a subject matter expert in these areas for not only her clients, but for her internal teammates as well.

Alisha and her husband Scott love animals. They recently added a green-cheeked Conure to their menagerie of pets and named him Candler Muriel Bing. Alisha enjoys cooking, baking, arts and crafts. She and her husband enjoy weightlifting and gardening together.
