Alexei is an experienced UKG certified consultant and has led significant transformation efforts involving system implementations. He has 8 years of experience working in the SaaS industry and for the past 4+ years, narrowed his focus in Human Capital Management solutions which includes the UKGPro (fka UltiPro) ecosystem. He has built trusting relationships and delivered on time implementations for more than 15 clients representing a diverse array of industries ranging from engineering, marketing, retail, and government entities.

Alexei is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with C-Suite, senior executives, and other managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful solutions. Embracing the core values of commitment to excellence, mutual trust and respect, Alexei consistently continues to deliver high impact implementations.

He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Information Systems as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He is payroll certified by the Certification Board of the American Payroll Association and holds a General Accounting Associates Degree. Alexei constantly attends ongoing educational programs to strengthen his skills and keep abreast of the current industry.

Alexei currently resides in California. In his personal time, he enjoys seeking out new adventures both close to home and afar. His hobbies include cycling, eating, and blockchain technology. His charitable interests center primarily on humanitarian efforts that benefit impoverished people, particularly those that seek to better the lives and education of children.
